I also reflect on the numerous costly mistakes and setbacks I encountered along the way, which were essential stepping stones in my path to success. With over 300 real estate transactions under my belt from marketing, acquisition, renovation, flipping, rental, and development, I’ve earned many lessons the hard way. These experiences, though challenging, have granted me invaluable insights, and I am eager to share this hard-earned knowledge with you. 

My goal is for others to benefit from the lessons of my “School of Hard Knocks” education, which, while costly, was the true catalyst for my growth both as an entrepreneur and as an individual.

It’s a simple truth: financial success in entrepreneurship is directly tied to the mistakes and failures you overcome. This isn’t merely a possibility, it’s a certainty.
My hope is to inspire and empower as many people as possible to transform their lives and realize the financial freedom they desire. Over the years, many people have told me how inspiring my journey has been and encouraged me to write a book. However, as an immigrant, I’ve never subscribed to a sense of entitlement. It wasn’t until this 16-year adventure in real estate reshaped my life that I finally decided to do it.
